Positive: The hotel is beautifully designed, compact, and the room quality was excellent with highly comfortable beds. The breakfast was absolutely awesome. What truly stands out is the staff—they are homely, hospitable, and always happy to help. The owner is incredibly involved, constantly on the floor interacting with guests and working hard. However, it did make me wonder if the service would remain as prompt without his constant presence.

Negative: On first impression, the location is a bit far off. If you don't have your own car, you can feel quite stuck and dependent on the hotel for transportation. While they offer a fair price for transport, it can feel restrictive if you like having independent options. The overall cleanliness could also use a step up—expect to see spider webs and lizards at pivotal points, though to be fair, you are near the jungle. Additionally, the current breakfast area lacks AC and kitchen smoke fills the space (though they are building a proper restaurant which should fix this in a few months). Lastly, the towels were a bummer—noticeably overused and over-bleached.

Negative: Not all staff speak English very well. Some small issues in the room (short powercuts, cold water in the shower, door to balcony did not really close. Nothing to complain about though

Positive: Stay was comfortable and peaceful retreat, enjoyed the food. Healthy food options were available. Washroom was neat and really clean, with required supplies, not smelly, exhaust fan geyser worked well, water slope was good. Room sleepers were also provided. Tv was also working properly, comfortable for eye level, room lights were appropriately provided. Ample storage area was also present in the room. As for the food, well cooked, healthy and tasty. Contented with the meals. The staff was really sweet , polite and well behaved. They were helpful for guiding with the surrounding location directions and even called a tuk tuk to railway station, for us for our morning train.Enjoyed the place for short stay. The stay was well connected with proper accessible road. Enjoyed visiting Ramnagar, the locals are nice and helpful as well.

Negative: Room was tidy and neat clean but not cleaner. Though washroom was cleaner in comparison . The almirah door was not closing properly . The door mat could have been more clean . Also beddings and linen had scope of cleanliness.

Positive: The staff is good. Rooms are clean. Food is good. They prepare it fresh. The swimming pool is there.

Negative: The location is not good. If you have a car or any other means of transportation, then you can move in and out. At night you can't go outside for a walk as the location is kind of shady. The price of food is found to be costly as the resort is on plain area. The electricity gets cut most of the time. So you can't use TV, geyser, AC etc.

Summary: Good for only staycation.
